High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat 25MM 130KG 1260℃ Thermal Insulation 96%

25mm high silica needle mat is 130kg/m3. It is able to withstand continuous heat below 1260℃. Amorphous silica glass fiber needled mat is carded and mechanically needled to bond the fibers together to be a blanket roll. Its SiO2 content is more than 96%. This glass fiber needled mat don't contains any bonding agents. It is 100% high silica fibers. High silica needled felt roll has good thermal and acoustic insulated properties. The needle system and silica fibre diameter improve the needle mat with heat insulation, high air permeability, high density, anti chemical agents and acoustic absorption. High SiO2 content makes the needled mat with better compactness, flexibility and thermal insulation.

High silica needle mats' features include low coefficient of thermal conduction, low thermal shrinkage. This materials is eco-friendly and can be recycled. High silica needle mat is 100% fiber glass, non-asbestos and not toxic high temp mat.
