E Glass Surfboard Fiberglass Cloth 4OZ 27" 0.12mm White Lightweight Durable

4oz e-glass clear fiberglass cloth is a lightweight, fire resistant plain weave cloth. Its high tensile strength and flexibility provides great durability and fabrication. 4oz, 6oz and 8oz are standard specification for surfboard glassing. These economical woven fabric with tear resistance and stable properties can keep the surfboard in high strength but low weight.

When do the fiberglass laminating, sevaral layers of 4oz or 6oz e-glass fabrics are applied to the surfboard deck. Typically 3 layers: two on the top and one on the bottom. Standard width of 4oz e-glass fiber cloth is 27.5 inches, which is suitable for shortboard. Roll length of 4oz and 6oz fabric is 100 meters.

Density or yarn count of fiberglass cloth will be a little different between two countries. This 4 ounce fiberglass cloth is produced based on USA fabric data from a Brazil customer.
