But the man way insulation blankets, also called man way insulation covers, provide another important benefit : significant energy savings each year. And our durable, custom-engineered man way covers maintain a long-lasting, high-quality appearance.
Man Way Insulation Covers have three layers, liner is 20 oz silicone coated fiberglass fabric, and the protestion layer is ceramic fiber or e - glass fiber needle mat with high temperature resistance paint coat, which is water, oil, acid and alkali proof. The standard thickness is about 25 to 30mm, temperature resistance more than 1200 cent degree. Normal lifetime is 3 years. And the energy saving rate is 25% to 40%.
