25mm 1200℃ White Fiberglass Needle Mat High Silica Heat Insulation Blanket

High silica fiber glass needle mat is composed of 100% select grade Type “E” glass alumina borosilicate fibers needled together into mat form, which can maximize its thermal efficiency. During its production, fiberglass filaments are cut into 3cm to 10cm length, then these chopped fibers will be punched by thousands of needles into a blanket. There is no bonding agent in this blanket.

Based on its production, this 3mm to 25mm fiberglass mat insulation has high porosity. It is non-respirable, incombustible, asbestos free and contains no resinous or inorganic binders. Due to these properties, this blanket is used widely in industrial fields. For example, it is suitable for high temperature filtration, silencer muffler for car or gun, thermal insulation materials of removable insulation cover. And specifically engineered for use in harsh and severe environments, specifically marine applications.

Because it is fire resistant as well, so this blanket is always used for industrial high temperature filtration, thermal insulation materials and car gun silencer muffler. Needle mat is suitable for project roof thermal insulation. Typical applications include engine exhaust system insulation, hot industrial equipment insulation, and many others.

Besides, this fiberglass material is eco-friendly and recyclable. And its filament diameter is bigger than 9μm so glass fibers won't be breath into human body (based on our workers' annual health check, no glass fibers in lungs).

E-glass fiberglass needle mat & high temperature felts is able to be used below 800℃ continuously. High silica fiber glass needle mat is better than e-glass mat in heat resistance. It can withstand heat below 1200℃. Also, alu needle mat is heat reflective additionally. Density of 25mm thick fiberglass needle mat is 133kg/m3.
