700gsm 0.8mm Silicone Coated Fiberglass High Silica Fabric For Fire Blanket

Basic cloth of this 700gsm silicone coated high silica cloth is 600g/m2 96% high silica cloth. High silica cloth is a fiber glass fabric which is done with silica calcination treatment. So its content of SiO2 is higher than 96%. The silicone coated high silica cloth combines the great properties of silicone and silica cloth. So the silicone coated high silica cloth is fireproof, tear resistant, chemical resistant and anti-corrosion. 600g/m2 high silica cloth can resist a high temperature below 800℃ continuously. When coated with silicone, the coated silica cloth is able to be used from 260 to 300℃.

The basic high silica cloth is 600g/m2 and 0.7mm thick. When coated with 100g/m2 silicone on one side, the total weight of coated fabric is 700g/m2. Then total thickness is 0.8mm. Width of this fabric can be 91.44cm and 100cm. Depends on its high temperature insulation and excellent properties, this red silicone coated high silica fabric is widely used for fire blanket, welding blanket, removable thermal insulation jacket, and other heat insulation protection.
